Customers may receive an NFC Card for free, but an activation fee is applicable for utilizing the service. Customers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the NFC Card activation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via the contact page on our website. The activation fee is non-refundable after 7 days from activation date.
The NFC Card will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order process. The company is not responsible for lost or undeliverable cards due to incorrect customer-provided information.
